Order Status
What is your pre-order and special item policy?
  Pre-Order items are items that are not currently in stock, but are available for advance purchase on our site. A pre-order item is shipped to you once it is in stock. Typically, we include the anticipated in-stock date on the page that you place your order from. A temporary charge is placed on your card when you order the item, but the charge is not usually settled until the day your order ships. While we may list the anticipated ship date, please be aware that we have no control over the shipping date of our manufacturers. We base our shipping information on the ship date that they provide to us.

Please note: the date we list on the product page is when the item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when it is expected to reach its final destination. After it leaves our destination, delivery times will vary based upon the shipping option selected by the shopper.

Typically Pre-Order items are Tournament Championship or NCAA Tournament items. Although, we reserve the right to offer any item as a Pre-order item, especially if we expect it will be an item that sells quickly.

Special Items are items that are ordered for a special event or are items that we carry for our clients at their cost. These items are handled like Pre-Order items, since we do not typically purchase special order items on our own. Special order items include media guides and other promotional items from our clients.
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.  We'd also be happy to assist you by email at lynn@sportdesigns.com.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.  We'd also be happy to assist you by email at lynn@sportdesigns.com.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service at lynn@sportdesigns.com or 1-800-998-8375 for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service at lynn@sportdesigns.com or 1-800-998-8375 for assistance.  While most orders will ship in their entirety, there may be times when certain items ship separately.
What is your canceled and clearance item Policy?
  We make every effort to remove out-of-stock canceled and clearance items after orders have been placed. If an item is no longer available because it has been discontinued by SportDesigns.com or the manufacturer, you will receive an email stating your order or that portion of your order has been canceled.

We make every effort to keep our online stores as accurate as possible with merchandise and merchandise sizes. We apologize in advance if your order gets back-ordered or canceled.

Clearance and canceled items are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Because of the exceptional pricing, there may be occasions when orders are placed for more items than we have available. In these cases, we contact the purchaser and give them the option of canceling the order. Due to the exceptional pricing, Clearance Items are nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
What is your stock and backorder policy?
  It is our policy at SportDesigns.com to only list products that we have in stock. When we sell out of an item, it is removed from the web site.

In the rare instance that an item sells again before it is removed from the site, we will inform you via e-mail about the backorder or out-of-stock situation and inform you if and when we expect more of the item to be in stock. It is also possible that our manufacturers no longer make the item, in which case your backorder will be deleted.

We will waive the shipping charge on any purchase in which we are forced to backorder or delete any item, except Special Item, Pre-Order, Clearance or Cancelled items
