Do I have to pay sales tax?
  Our warehouse is in New Hampshire, so there is no sales tax on any order.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service at lynn@sportdesigns.com or 1-800-998-8375 for assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.  If you have any difficulties, we'd be happy to help you.  Please send an email to lynn@sportdesigns.com.
When will my credit appear on my account?
  We process credits within one business day of when we receive the return, but credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s) before they appear back on your card.  We can't control how fast the credit gets back on your card, but we do process them quickly from our end.
When will my credit card be charged?
  When you place an order, a temporary charge is placed on your card to hold the funds for your purchase.  This may appear as a charge on your card, but the funds are not actually charged to your card until we settle your charge.  The actual "charge" usually occurs upon shipment of your order.
